#10: Social Media Hits Hard
There have been tons of studies done about mental health and social media, and this guy captures it all in one chart. That personal text does feel good, but scrolling Instagram just makes us feel like we’re not living up to our potential. How do people even find the time to make all those videos and take those pictures?

Just remember, we only see a small, heavily edited fraction of what each influencer decides to share. They have the same ups and downs as the rest of us. The difference is they get their dopamine and serotonin through the number of likes on their content, while the rest of us get ours from a good cup of coffee or a lunch out.
