Throw Out the Rule Book

This person’s homeowner’s association is either super chill or super mismanaged. We’re going to hope they’re super chill! This person was looking through his HOA’s rulebook and realized that it hadn’t been updated since 1974. That was over 30 years ago! A lot has changed in the world, so he was kind of concerned by some of the old rules. 

The main thing he was worried about was the “no motorcycles” rule. He decided to ask for forgiveness instead of permission and went ahead and bought a new motorcycle. So far, no one has said anything, so that’s good news! Hopefully, the HOA isn’t too bothered and has decided to bend the rules, since they’re pretty old.
