#19: Newman’s Own
Paul Newman’s biggest impact wasn’t just in Hollywood or racing but in giving back. In 1982, he and his friend A.E. Hotchner started Newman’s Own, a food company with just a homemade salad dressing.

The brand took off, expanding into pasta sauces, popcorn, lemonade, and more. The catch? Every single dollar of profit went to charity. Over $570 million has been donated to education, healthcare, and children’s programs. Newman’s philosophy was simple: “If you’re lucky enough to have success, share it.”
