Flying Fireworks
Almost every country worldwide rings in the new year with fireworks, and you can often see these displays broadcast on TV. Across the pond in 2017, the Europe Union imported the equivalent of $274 million in fireworks for New Year, which is approximately 110 thousand tonnes. That’s a lot of smoke!

However, it’s very important to keep safe with these fireworks when you light them, and I certainly recommend you don’t do something like this. This guy’s lucky to only have suffered some bad burns, as he could’ve ended up burning his entire mouth off! Keep the fireworks to the professionals, please.
