Emergency Room

It probably doesn’t come as a surprise to know that, on New Year’s Day, the number of people visiting the emergency room is approximately double that of every other day. Usually, these problems are caused by alcohol – but this story proves that even kids are susceptible to making mistakes on this day!

I can’t even imagine how much their foot must’ve hurt when this happened. The fact that they had to wait until 10 AM the next day is even worse! It just goes to show that we should be extra careful when celebrating on this day unless you fancy hanging around – literally!
