Having a mother-in-law who cusses like a sailor can be jarring at first. Still, it’s not necessarily a sign of a bad relationship. 1 in 10 people report having a mother-in-law who cusses a lot. And whilst there isn’t anything inherently wrong with doing such a thing, the second it comes into contact with the kids, that’s when it becomes problematic.
