#20: Why Do You Hate Me?

We all know someone constantly asking if you hate them, even when there’s no reason to. They’re seeking reassurance that they’re not unlovable or unworthy. With someone like this mother-in-law, we should be patient and understanding, even if it can sometimes be exhausting. Being the better person always is hard!

Frequently, this behavior stems from deep-seated insecurities or past experiences that have left them feeling rejected or unimportant. But there is no need for this kind of behavior between a grandmother and her grandchildren… Maybe one day this woman will stop asking if people hate her…or they’ll probably start doing it, for real!
