When I Say Jump
For better and for worse, when you work in a shared building, many things exist for communal use. For the most part, these things benefit every person and tend to make mundane things in life a little bit easier. Surely, if this is such a frequent issue, the management of the building would be required to fix this. It seems like a big safety issue if nothing else, and keeping your workers safe should be the number one priority.
