When it comes to work we either want to put in the effort to go the extra mile, or we want to do the bare minimum and make sure we get the job done. This can be influenced by so many different things that are sometimes out of our control. But being reminded of these things in the workplace isn’t so nice.

Even though these things may require zero talent, they most certainly do require a lot of effort. If there is some sort of issue with your employees and these things, I suggest talking to them about the things you wish were done better, because passive-aggressive signs, as funny as they may be, definitely don’t help anyone.
