No Extra Days Off

Company policies change from business to business, and it can be hard to get used to a different type of format after leaving your job. These changes can sometimes be small, like what type of coffee they drink in the office compared to the number of vacation days you are allotted in a given year.

We want to believe that this poster is some sort of practical joke because it seems quite unjust. Employees are required to get a doctor’s note if they are sick, and that doesn’t mean that they are feeling fine. Even if this is a joke, it seems like management maybe missed the mark on this one.
