Meet and Greet
When you work at a big chain company, there are certain things that you have to be aware of. Like many franchises, feeling part of the team and making sure that your customers are happy are two main components of the job. Not only this, there is a lot of pride associated with different franchises and how they represent themselves to the public.

Not only do future employees have to sit a computerized test about the company conventions, but they also have to be very specific in how they say hello to customers. Surely this question should be somewhat more general? Greeting and welcoming are very similar things, so how about asking your employees to really take an interest in their customers?
