A Tissue For Your Issues?

If you think about it, we all spend a lot of our lives at work. Day in day out, doing the same thing with the same people can be kind of disheartening. If you happen to be a part of a fun and lively workplace environment then that’s great, but if you are stuck with a more dull or frustrating workplace, your days at work might feel long and unproductive.

Can you imagine having a sign like this up at your work? If this is a necessary sign for any workplace, it seems like perhaps there is something wrong here. Joking aside, if employees are crying because of their work and management is aware of it, that sounds like a bit of a problem to us. Maybe it’s not as bad as we think, but this sign isn’t very reassuring.
