Freezer Time

Some work environments can be hostile, and it can be hard to ask your managers of anything. But this manager seems to understand what their employees need, and we love to see it. The well-being of your employees should be a top priority, on par with customer service and income. Because without happy and productive employees, your business might crumble.

Feeling the need to cry at work is a feeling we can probably all relate to. At times like these it is good to be on the safe side, so having only one person in the freezer at a time seems to be the responsible thing to do. Plus, this way, you don’t have to cry in front of your coworkers and they don’t have to see your ugly crying face either. Talk about a win-win situation!
