Your Time is Our Money

It is kind of wild how some employers feel like they can treat their workers however they please. Sure, there are rules in working at different places and in different work environments. But by enforcing such strict rules, the workplace would feel like such a tense place, where employees are constantly living in fear of being punished for doing something wrong.

Talk about a hostile work environment. As soon as you are on the clock as an employee, management is always so eager to point out when you are being unproductive. It’s almost as if there is no trust between employer and employee. Maybe if these relationships were built on trust then neither party would have to live in so much distaste of one another.
