Doctor’s Note
It can be hard to remember that in a workplace, everyone is a person, not just a service for you to exploit. But sometimes managers can forget that their employees are people too, with very real and normal needs. Not all employees can be dealt with in the same way, the needs of one person might be different from that of a different employee.

Isn’t water free? Surely the manager needs to give any employee water even without a doctor’s note? It seems like a crazy system to only give your employees water under specific conditions. What if one of the employees has a medical condition and the doctor’s note suggests they drink Cool Aid? What then?
