The Japanese pharmaceutical company Takeda is a well-established, global company nowadays, with branches in the UK, the US, and elsewhere. Today they are amongst the 14 biggest pharmaceutical companies in the United States. And this powerhouse of a company began even before democracy was brought about in Europe.
