#9: Do-nut Unto Others

Running your own business is hard, but o particular problem with running your own business is that usually there’s not really a safety net in place if you have a medical emergency in the family and you need to take a lot of time off. That’s what happened to this man, whose wife was ill but who had to keep working at their donut shop.

When the local community found out, they rallied around this donut shop and made sure to buy out their stock of Donuts quickly every day so that this man could earn the money he needed and still have time to spend with his sick wife. Good job, Seal Beach! Enjoy those donuts.
