Here’s a story about hearts that is sure to touch your heart. Organ donation can be a difficult topic for some people, who don’t want to think about themselves or their loved ones dying and giving up their organs, but signing up to be an organ donor when you die can save so many lives.

In this case, a man whose son died got a little memento of his lost child back. The son’s heart was sent to someone who really needed it, and someone involved thought to thank the father and let him know that his son’s donation had saved another life by giving him a teddy bear with a recording of his son’s heartbeat in it.
