#46: Shoplifting for a Good Cause

Nothing in life is black and white- even when we see a minor crime such as shoplifting taking place- there is no absolute right and wrong. There’s a story to everything, and sometimes the cause justifies the means. When a young man was caught stealing clothes for Walmart, naturally, the store called the police.

However, the police officer was willing to listen to this young man’s story and decided he wasn’t a criminal- he was just a young man who needed to get a break. So, rather than arresting him, he decided to purchase the clothes for him. The young man wore his new clothes to a job interview and got the job.
