#46: A Tough Exterior

This guy has a good point: guys aren’t ever allowed to be vulnerable or scared. They’re supposed to be the strong ones, the ones who protect the family. However, they’re only human- and they get scared from time to time! We all have our weaknesses and things that scare us, even the toughest men.

This guy was hit by a car once, an accident that left him with physical and emotional scars. But whenever he brings up his trauma or mentions his weakness, it’s considered unmanly and he isn’t taken seriously. On the other hand, women are expected to be afraid of different things, such as spiders, and it’s perfectly normal if they climb on tables whenever they see one.
