#49: My Kryptonite

Some people just have no sense of humor! This guy decided to spice it up when it came to responding to some of the most basic, boring interview questions. Anyone who has been in an interview has probably been asked, “What is your greatest weakness?” about 10,000 times. This guy went with an unconventional response, and the interviewer was not amused. 

Instead of the usual, basic response, he said his weakness was kryptonite, a la Superman. Instead of a polite chuckle, the person interviewing him immediately ended the interview! We get that job interviews can be serious business, but if an interviewer isn’t able to even crack a smile at a small joke, that’s probably an indicator of the work environment.
