What is especially troubling about this particular cult is the way in which it promoted and perpetuated the objectification and exploitation of women. By treating them as nothing more than possessions to be passed around and shared among the men, the leader was not only dehumanizing them but also perpetuating harmful gender stereotypes.

The cult’s leader’s desire to split up marriages and essentially force people into sexual relationships with each other is not only morally repugnant, but it is also a clear sign of the leader’s abuse of power and control. Thankfully, this person’s family managed to escape. I can’t even imagine what could have happened if they didn’t!
