#47: Hospital Gossip Doing the Rounds

While it might make you feel a bit squeamish to know that your “personal” stories are out there being shared around for office street cred, I actually don’t think it’s problematic. As long as no one knows which patients are being referred to, the stories are just stories, and they’re all probably in need of a good one.

It’s funny to think of the doctors that change around details for extra impact. Or stories that get accidentally embellished along the way, like some hospital ‘Broken Telephone.’ There are probably even some who make up entire stories just in order to have something to say to their colleague or their crush.
