#20: If You Insist…

When I see confessions of this sort, there’s always a little weird feeling I get alongside it, and it’s got to do with the identity of the confessor. I mean, on the one hand, thanks so much for the public service announcement; I understand you’re trying to do something good for the community.

On the other hand, what you’re basically saying is, “Don’t use the dishes they give you in a hospital because I’ve been responsible for washing them, and I did a really bad job.” It’s like yeah, I’ll do you the favor of warning you about the consequences of my own actions. Sorry, not sorry.
