Maybe I’m the strange one here, but I spend much of my life in public restrooms, and in the many minutes I spend there, I’ve had the opportunity to observe plenty of strangers’ toilet habits. So, in my statistically sound opinion, I would put the number somewhere around 50-50. Not just in hospitals.
