#10: Let’s Hope They Wash the Sheets

The problem here is that some things just don’t need to be said (or written) out loud, no matter how true they might be. This is probably one of the things that we all know deep, deep down, but I don’t see the purpose of confronting us with the knowledge of it out here in the open.

It’s just one of those things – like students cheating on tests, like massive corporations exploiting child slave labor, like your romantic partner thinking lustfully about your best friend. These phenomena are outside of plain sight for a reason – so we can keep pretending they’re not there.
