Like many long-running sitcoms, Married… with Children had its fair share of continuity slip-ups—especially when it came to Bud Bundy’s age. Early in the series, Bud was said to be 11 years old, with his birthday listed as January 22, 1976.

However, as the show progressed, that date quietly changed. Later episodes stated that Bud was actually born on January 22, 1974—coincidentally the same birthdate as his actor, David Faustino. Whether this was an intentional adjustment or just a convenient way to align fiction with reality.
