The answer is no—Visa cards exist, but you won’t be paying for groceries with a Vista card anytime soon. However, in Married… with Children, Al Bundy’s shoe store proudly displayed a sign accepting “VISTA” cards instead of Visa.

Was it a simple mistake, another sign that Al’s business was doomed from the start? Or did the producers tweak the name to avoid a legal headache? The truth remains a mystery. What’s certain is that if you weren’t paying close attention, you might have easily mistaken it for the real thing!
