The fact that certain celebrities always end up with other celebrities always seems like such a random thing, but in reality, many celebrities are in similar social circles as each other. So even though they might not know everyone on a personal level, they have ways of meeting certain people.

When pop star Madonna and filmmaker/actor Guy Ritchie first met in 1998, the pair were inseparable. The pair got married in Scotland and have two children together, but their great love story came to an end in 2008 when they separated. Considering that the pair led pretty much two separate lives, one in the U.K. and the other in the U.S. for most of their marriage, this outcome isn’t so shocking.
