Mental Health

Mental health is a complicated topic that influences nearly every aspect of our lives. As this inmate says, mental health issues are especially prevalent in prison. Unfortunately, many of the inmates that are in most need of mental health care go without any treatment.

Living with a group of criminals who have mental health issues and no means of treating them is a scary proposition. And after learning how many convicts are suffering from mental health concerns, it is no surprise that the usual uniformity of prison life can be broken from time to time with some chaotic interactions.
