#8: Erasing Your Mistakes
Here’s a nifty trick that takes us back to our childhood mishaps. We all did it when we were young – whether on purpose or by accident, at school or at home – drawing on a dry-erase board with a permanent marker. Some of us did it because we wanted to see what happens and whether we can erase it or not.

And then, when we realized that our drawings couldn’t be erased, a panic would settle in, accompanied by a layer of sweat. But we all learned this trick sooner or later – as did the person who shared this story: you can erase permanent markers from a dry-erase board by drawing over the lines with an appropriate dry-erase marker! We still don’t know the science behind this trick, but it works.
