#20: Putting Pen to Paper
Writing down your goals might sound simple, but people swear that it works wonders in helping you achieve them more often. When you put your goals on paper, it’s like giving them a concrete form and making a commitment to yourself. It brings clarity to what you want to accomplish and acts as a roadmap to keep you on track.

Not only does it boost motivation, but it also serves as a constant reminder of what you’re striving for. Plus, there’s something oddly satisfying about checking off those completed goals. Personally, I haven’t tried it yet because I never know where to begin, but some people swear this habit of journaling has changed their lives.
