#37: Mountain Baking
Here is someone who clearly has never made a brownie mix before, because those tell you right on the back of the box that you need to adjust for your altitude. In fact, I know the altitude of my hometown because when I was a little kid, I would see that on brownie mix as I was baking and go to ask my mom what altitude we were at.

Do you want to hear a secret, though? It really doesn’t make a difference with brownie mixes. I would always ask my mother, and we would always come to the conclusion that we weren’t sure whether our city, with its middling altitude, required high- or low-altitude instructions. So I would always just bake at the normal time that the box recommended, and they always turned out fine.
