#22: It’s a Never Ending Grind

Personal finance is kind of a hobby of mine; I am chock full of important information and controversial hot takes on topics from retirement savings to cryptocurrency (spoiler: fan of the former, not of the latter). So I talk to many friends and family about their finances because sometimes they have questions, and I just love talking about it.

So I can tell you, this person is not alone! The number of people who think that they just have to save up the down payment for a house and somehow things will just magically sort themselves out is astounding. You’ll have a mortgage, and even if you don’t, you’ll still have to pay a whole bunch of property taxes. Sorry, that’s just the way it is.
