#5: Sugar Rush

Everyone knows that sugar addictions can’t be ignored. I’m not even kidding. Sugar is just as addictive as some of the harder substances. That said, everyone also knows that 7-Elevens are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He could have simply left for work earlier and been on time.

His reasoning and ground for the lawsuit are ridiculous, though. I’d have fired him as well. You can’t claim discrimination because you need a Big Gulp daily. I need my coffee. We all have our thing, but our jobs require us to show up and get it done on time, too! He should have just agreed with the company’s decisions and tried to improve elsewhere.
