#31: Utterly Inappropriate

There’s a time and place for everything, and during a trial in court is definitely not the right time to be flirting – especially if you’re the judge and the person you’re flirting with is on trial! This is wholly inappropriate, to begin with, but what makes this story even worse is the age gap between the two.

Even in a different setting, a 60-year-old man flirting with a 23-year-old woman would be creepy. If the lawyer was able to pick up on that to the point that he was speechless, I’m sure their client noticed as well, and she must have been mortified. Can you imagine how awkward this situation must have been for her?
