#24: Check Your Defense

Okay, on the one hand, this doctor knew what she was trying to say. He obviously couldn’t correct her because that’s considered leading, I think. (I’m not a lawyer, don’t come at me!) Still, he could have said there was no such thing as a tibula at the very beginning instead of waiting until she made a fool of herself.

On the other hand, as a lawyer working in this case, she should have done better and practiced the pronunciation of the specific bone she was going to be referring to multiple times. They’re easy to mix up, but it was her job to keep it straight. I bet it took her a while to get over the embarrassment.
