#13: Killing Me Softly
I’m not sure if there are levels of stabbing. Much like Jerry Seinfeld said in the pilot of Seinfled, “you can’t over-die just like you can’t overdry,” – there are no levels of stabbing. I read a lot of books and have definitely heard of vicious stabbings, but gentle stabbings? A stabbing is a stabbing. If a pointy object goes into another person, you’ve stabbed them—end of the story. I’m not sure what this person was trying to accomplish with their adjective.

At least they admitted guilt, even if they tried to downplay it. Since we have no details surrounding the court case, it’s safe to assume the defendant was on trial for stabbing someone. The lawyer didn’t do a very good job of helping them with their testimony, that’s for sure.
