Uh…what?
Did you know that there are over 8,000 different types of grapes worldwide? Apparently, the “Thompson Seedless” grape is the world’s most widely grown grape, which is often used in raisin production. Who knew that raisin could have such a fascinating origin story? Also, a single grapevine can produce up to 40 clusters.

This translates to roughly 20 pounds of grapes. That’s a lot of grapes! I guess it’s no wonder they’re often used as a symbol of abundance and prosperity. But let’s be real, as much as I love grapes; I don’t think I could eat 20 pounds of them. But maybe the brother in this story could!
