#5: A Three Dollar Bill

Have you ever desired a three-dollar bill? No? Well, if you have, may I direct you to the Bahamas! The Bahamas have a three-dollar bill, which is a little confusing, but is the truth nonetheless. In the United States and elsewhere, three-dollar bills have never even existed (though there have always been fakes). But in the Bahamas, the three-dollar bill looks as if it is here to stay.

Interestingly, Queen Elizabeth II is on the Bahamas’ three-dollar bill – and that’s not the only bill she’s on! In the Bahamas, the Queen is also present on the $1/2 and the $100 bill. Also on the back of the three-dollar bill is the sea, as well as many sailboats. Quite artistic, if you ask me.
