#43: A Wanted Woman
Actress and model Marilyn Monroe and playwright Arthur Miller were once one of Hollywood’s hottest and most intriguing couples. Miller was one of the only people who took Monroe seriously and saw her as more than just a blonde bombshell. They were married for five years between 1956 and 1961, a year before Monroe took her own life.

Miller was a part of the House Un-American Activities Committee, a group infamously involved in disloyalty against the American government and rebel activities on the part of private citizens. So, it is said that during the years of their marriage, the FBI had a file on Marilyn Monroe as well as her husband.
