#24: OceanGate

Oceangate’s ambitious mission to take tourists on deep-sea expeditions has raised both excitement and concern. However, its most recent journey below has led everyone to believe that deep-sea tourism shouldn’t exist. While the prospect of exploring the mysteries of the ocean’s depths captivates the adventurous spirit in all of us, it also rings alarm bells for those who warn about the potential dangers.

So many within the deep sea exploration community knew about the dangers of such expeditions and let their peers know. However, those at OceanGate clearly didn’t want to listen. Now that we have substantial evidence of just how dangerous this activity is, we’re sure these deep-sea experts won’t be ignored again.
