#59: Meditation
Meditation can do wonders for your mind and body. It can help reduce stress, improve focus, and lower blood pressure. It’s like a superpower you can access just by sitting down and shutting up. Plus, it’s a great excuse to wear sweatpants all day and claim that you’re “doing self-care!”

Anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed, close your eyes, take some deep breaths, and imagine that you’re on a beach somewhere with a fruity drink in your hand. Just don’t actually drink the fruity drink because that might defeat the purpose of trying to relax your mind. Namaste, and have a good time!
