#34: “Heroes get remembered, but legends never die.”
The Sandlot is one of those films that just sound like my childhood. It’s such a fun family movie, and the storyline is fantastic. It was written, directed, and narrated by David Evans (also known for Ace Ventura and Radio Flyer). The house has certainly come a long way, with a new roof and paint job, though you can see they pay homage with the pink front door.

That is Scotty Small’s house in the film, located at 1556 S 2000 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is estimated to be worth nearly $1 million due to its prestige from the film. The place is neat, but I’d really rather have that car. Whew. They knew how to make them back then!
