#29: “What else have you seen, Kale?”

Shia Labeouf stars in this 2007 thriller, Disturbia, about a boy on house arrest who thinks his neighbor is a serial killer. Two fun facts: Labeouf spoke with many people who had been on house arrest so that he could adequately portray what it felt like, which is where the Twinkie tower idea came from.

The man who played Mr. Turner (David Morse) refused to talk to any of the kids in the film until the movie was done shooting, as he prefers to make his method acting as accurate as possible. He’s most well known for his roles in The Green Mile and 12 Monkeys.
