#13: “Let’s talk about blood, Mr. Vincent. It’s very precious to me”
If you’re a fan of B movie horror, you might recognize this building from Fright Night 2. While this looks just like a before and after photo of the Trianon Apartment buildings in Los Angeles, take a closer look. The first photo is a painting, according to Paul’s website. Whoever did the artwork was very good, because I can’t tell the difference.

The second photo was taken in 2021, and the building is fully occupied. It was built in 1928 and is now on the Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument list at #616. Leland Bryant designed it. Are you looking to rent? The apartments range between $3k and $5k each, though many have over three bedrooms, which is amazing in today’s market.
