I Will Respectfully Decline

When it comes to your job, you want to make sure your boss knows that you are responsible, trustworthy, and a reliable worker. Often, there are times in a workplace when someone needs to stand up and do what is right, and usually, these people are rewarded for their behavior…

However, when this person wanted to show their boss that they were trustworthy and responsible, their boss handled it terribly. Instead of taking the time to listen and understand, they accused this worker of stealing $10… As if that amount would be worth losing any job over. In the end, they were offered their job back, but they obviously didn’t take it.
