Know Your Worth

Everyone knows that when it comes to asking for a raise, there is nothing comfortable about doing so. Sure, you might have been working really hard and proving yourself to the company, but when it comes time to actually ask for the raise, you can’t help but hear voices in your head telling you that you’re not worth it.

Well, this girl put her ego when asking if she would be getting compensated for doing more work, but she was rudely turned down… For asking a question she had every right to ask and receive, she was fired on the spot. We would never ask anyone for a raise ever again after this!
