We often forget to bring the very thing that has been on our minds just because that’s the way the cookie crumbles. But the important thing to remember is that this kind of thing can happen to anyone…

To fire someone over, forgetting to bring a part of their uniform, or more specifically, a belt, is beyond ridiculous. If this person didn’t work so far from home, then maybe it would have made sense for them to go and get it… But that just wasn’t an option. Correct us if we’re wrong, but this isn’t grounds to fire someone…
