Just Trying to be More Efficient…

When it comes to being a good worker, most bosses would probably be pretty happy if their employees worked hard and showed good initiative. Considering that employees have been hired to provide a particular service, it makes sense that employers would be grateful to them when they go above and beyond.

Or at least that’s what we initially thought until we came across this story… If this person’s work was not connected to needing a boxcutter, then sure, it would have been alarming to see that they brought a boxcutter to the workplace. But considering it is just one of the things that they need, it should have been applauded.
